A Transaction Coordinator (TC) assists a real estate agent in managing all details involved in closing a real estate transaction and monitors the entire process from contract to close.
We get paid when you get paid. We understand the nature of the real estate business. There is no cancellation fee for deals that don’t close and fees are due at closing.
That is completely up to you. We believe in honoring each agent’s unique business style and preferences. When you are onboarded as a client, we will collect information regarding your preferred methods and workflow. The more you authorize us to do, the more time it will save you and the more efficient it will be, but the choice is always yours.
You will be copied on all communications, receive regular updates and will have regular contact with your transaction coordinator.
We do not share you or your clients’ information with anyone and they are very secure. We have strict guidelines and unless you grant us permission to share any information, it will be kept confidential. The office and all equipment are located in an independent location with strictly regulated access.
While our licensed status and experience make us one of the most full-service transaction coordination companies around, we do not have fiduciary relationships with your clients. Therefore, we cannot negotiate any terms or give transaction advice. We cannot give legal advice or comment on brokerage level policies.
